"If I could give zero stars I would. We have had so many issues with this agency. We have had issues ranging from incorrect policies to them overcharging us to finding out they cancelled coverage on one of our leased vehicles for no reason. The final straw was finding out they failed to add collision coverage to our daughter’s financed vehicle. She filed a claim after getting into a crash thinking everything was fine because she had coverage and came to find out it was never added. She now owes 10k on a totaled vehicle meanwhile they’re trying to cover up their mistakes. My favorite part is that they offered to add collision to her vehicle AFTER her crash as if that was going to help when her vehicle was already totaled. Beware, If you use this agent get EVERYTHING in writing for every single change you make. We will be switching agents as we should have long ago after the first mistake."
